Payment Service
Secure Processing: All PayPal transactions are processed securely on PayPal's servers. We do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our systems.
Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). International customers may see charges converted to their local currency by their bank or PayPal, potentially subject to exchange rate fees.
Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed only after PayPal authorization and payment capture. You will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and BEAUTYARKA upon successful payment
Pending Status: Some payments may show as "Pending" in your PayPal account for up to 21 days if you are a new seller or if there are security reviews.
3. Refunds and Disputes
Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns (as per our Return Policy) will be issued to the original PayPal account or funding source used for the purchase, typically within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Dispute Resolution: If you have a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first at assist@beautyarka.vip to resolve the issue. If unresolved, you may file a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center within 180 days of payment.
Chargebacks: PayPal provides seller protection against unauthorized transactions. We will provide transaction documentation if a chargeback is filed.
4. Failed Payments and Declined Transactions
If your PayPal payment fails or is declined:
Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds or linked payment methods are valid
Verify with your bank or credit card issuer that there are no blocks on international or online transactions
Contact PayPal Customer Service for account-specific issues
You may retry the payment or choose an alternative payment method on our Site
5. Security and Fraud Prevention
PayPal Security: PayPal uses advanced encryption and fraud detection systems. We rely on PayPal's security protocols for payment processing
Verification: For high-value orders, we may request additional verification through PayPal's system or contact you directly to confirm the order.

When using PayPal to complete a purchase, you agree to:

7. PayPal's Role and Terms

Service Limitations: We are not responsible for PayPal service outages, limitations, or changes to their policies that may affect your ability to pay.
8. Special Cases
Pre-orders: PayPal payments for pre-order items are captured at the time of order placement, not at shipment.
Gift Cards: PayPal cannot be used to purchase gift cards if our system processes them as cash-equivalent transactions
Split Tender: We do not currently support split payments between PayPal and other payment methods.
